Instrument Tracking

All instruments are entered into our tracking system so customers are always certain of status.

The glass bead finisher creates a like new, non-glare, laser finish.

Laser etcher for customization of your instruments.

Heat induction unit for T.C. replacement.

Our repair center features large, flexible work areas to handle even the largest work flow.

All instruments are treated by our ultrasonic cleaner.

Instrument Packaging

Adler takes great pride in our instrument repairs and refurbishment. To ensure the safety of your valuable assets in shipping, we use only the highest standard materials, packaging, and boxes.

Repaired instruments are individually packaged to separate from other instruments. We include an identifiable repair code for simplified receiving.

Once inspected an instrument found to be beyond repair is also packaged separately. It also includes an identification card explaining why the instrument is beyond repair.

Our continued commitment to quality carries through to our shipping of instruments. Customized and specialty boxes assure delicate and precision instruments such as endoscopes and micro-instruments arrive safely to your location.
