As more surgery is performed using minimally invasive techniques, the need for quality care of these extremely costly instruments becomes crucial. 

Adler offers one of the few laparoscopic instrument remanufacturing centers in the nation.  Our work is done at our center in Atlanta and we offer the most rapid turn-around of these specialty instruments available today; this will save your operating room costly down time.

Adler technicians are certified and insured to perform comprehensive service on a variety of flexible and rigid scopes. Our highly trained technicians have the experience and the knowledge to diagnose and properly repair your valuable endoscopes. The same care and service we give to hand-held instrumentation is further exemplified in our repair and remanufacturing of our customers’ endoscopes.

We offer the highest quality work. With an extensive parts supply and tool inventory we offer an extremely rapid turn-around. Our technicians, some with manufacture and design backgrounds, can handle the most critical of repairs.

Shown above are a high speed drill, required for rebuilding of activator rods and linkage arms, and a dielectric tester which is used for testing the electrical current continuity of handles and shafts. The dielectric testing is performed to insure patient and surgeon safety.

Once repaired all scopes must pass a rigorous series of quality assurance tests before the equipment is returned to you. The above picture shows an endoscope attached to a medical grade camera for final inspection and focusing.

To compliment the repair center our on-premises service vans provide a range of scope services and testing. In numerous situations this minimizes downtime and controls costs by reducing the number of scopes that are sent to our repair center.

The Glow Ring process is a thermo-electric energy bonding process for insulation. Adler uses multiple sizes to meet manufacturers' specifications.
